The artist starts from the theories of chromatic harmony to analyze the relationships between different colors and how this relationship obeys a language that is sometimes unconscious, sometimes conditioned. To do so, he appropriates fragments of statistics that reflect the political composition of different Parliaments or Congresses. Each circle represents a "political color" within a parliamentary segment. The artist oversizes the statistics to an almost colossal scale.
Each work is an experiment where the abstract behavior of the chromatic harmonies has a double reading and refers to the political harmonies or dissonances in the contemporary world. Polarization, mixture, synchrony, dissonance, stridency are some of the concepts that appear in this work, which is undoubtedly a very cynical analysis of the state of health of contemporary democracies.
