Santiago de Chile, Chile, 1989

Pablo is particularly interested in the confusing language that "political memory" generates when inserted in the dense wefts of contemporary culture. His work is based on the use of different types of archives (images, literature, press, social networks), especially of a personal or family nature. During her childhood her parents were linked to social movements against the Chilean military dictatorship. All the information derived from his early memory converges with that of his family and is integrated into the imaginaries that he consumes today, his visual worlds, the street, the music he listens to and the places he inhabits, generating a deeply fragmented and enigmatic narrative.

In 2016 he was awarded a scholarship by the AADK Network Spain platform to carry out a Project and Artistic Residency in the city of Murcia, Spain, obtaining funding from the same organization to produce a Video-Documentary in different locations in Morocco. He has exhibited individually and collectively inside and outside Chile, exhibiting his work in various institutions, galleries, museums, fairs and artistic residencies, highlighting the Museum of Contemporary Art of Buenos Aires (MACBA), Argentina; Centro Párraga de Murcia, Spain; Museum of Contemporary Art of Santiago (MAC), Chile; Patricia Ready Gallery, Santiago de Chile; D21 Gallery, Santiago de Chile; Vigil Gonzáles Gallery, Cusco, Peru; ARCO Madrid Fair, Spain; ZONA MACO, Mexico City, Mexico; Hangar Art Residency / Center for Research and Artistic Creation, Lisbon, Portugal; and ZK-U, Berlin, Germany; Reset Proa 21, Buenos Aires, Argentina; in addition to being selected in Contemporary Art Publications and Catalogs of specialized magazines and newspapers such as ART News; Artishock; Terremoto; El País; Babelia; Artes y Letras de El Mercurio; La Panera, among others.

His work has been acquired by renowned Collections and Institutions, highlighting that of Jorge M. Pérez "El Espacio 23", Miami, United States; Collection "ArtNexus", Miami, United States and Latam; Collection "Il Posto" of Solari del Sol, Santiago, Chile; Private Collection of Alberto Servat, Dir.
